It's good to see you finally giving it a go. They nice thing about this meal is that they all sort of cook together, and they are all done at the right time. Just don't do it when the ground is wet, and make sure you have enough moisture. I don't know how it will go with just water, but when you open the lid, if there is not steam, then add more. I think my biggest worry is that everything won't come together at the right time, but I suppose the worst that can happen is that we eat dinner late. I think I'll try your recipe, but since I'm on a low-salt diet, I'll substitute the soup with some extra water and a lot of fresh garlic for flavor.
